RFID sleeves

The items arrived in good condition. The last protective sleeves I bought had what appeared to be an addl silver colored layer on the inside. I am not clear as to what is on/in the paper that protects the card chip as these did not have a liner. Having that info included would improve rating to 5.

I bought the first ones at Hallmark a number of years ago. Since I don't carry a handbag any longer, I put the sleeve with my license and debit card in my pocket and know they are safe. I checked several stores, and no one carried the sleeves, so I Googled and found them. I recommend this this product highly.
