Thorough Protection

Identity Stronghold pioneered RFID-blocking technology for wallets. Through rigorous testing and numerous iterations, our wallets meet the gold standard for safety against electronic pickpocketing.

Our wallets are designed for style, but they’re thoroughly lined with powerful RFID shielding. Each card slot and compartment is protected, even when the wallet is wide open.

Don’t risk using a common, everyday wallet. Get fuss-free identity and financial protection that fits into your pocket.

Maximum Storage Space

Most RFID wallets are either ineffective or they’re too small to hold all your cards. With e-pickpocketing on the rise, you want to ensure that every one of your cards is protected.

This wallet accommodates up to 4 cards on one side, plus a clear picture ID holder. With a zipper compartment that you can store additional credit and bank cards, building access cards, and ID all in the same wallet.

No other minimalist wallet gives you this kind of protection and storage capacity.

Access Card Notice

Why Testing Our Secure RFID Wallets with Your Access Card Is Not a Good Test.

We’ve received inquiries from customers who have tested their new Secure RFID Wallet with their work ID cards and found that the wallet does not block the card. This has understandably raised concerns about whether the wallet is functioning as intended.

Our Secure RFID Wallets are specifically designed to protect items operating at frequencies of 13.56MHz and above, including:

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Driver’s Licenses
  • Passport Cards
  • Hotel Room Key Card

However, many building access cards operate at a much lower frequency of 125KHz. Our wallets are not designed to block signals at this frequency. Think of it like hearing the deep bass from a car stereo—the lower frequency operates on a different level.

For 125KHz HID access cards, we recommend our Secure Badgeholder® BloxProx™ products, which are specifically engineered for this purpose. Please note, though, that some brands of 125KHz cards may not be compatible with any blocking solution.

Rest assured, your Secure RFID Wallet is providing the necessary protection for your credit cards, driver’s licenses, and passport cards as intended.

If you need protection for a 125KHz access card, explore our BloxProx products here:

Ultimate Mini Wallet.

I have bought several of the Mini Wallet for gifts. I am now using my second one as the zipper opener broke off. The Mini carries all the stuff I need.

Do passports need RFID protection?

Biometrics and RFID technology aren’t going away, and the United States government is no longer issuing traditional passports (those without chips).
What Is RFID?

What Is RFID?

An RFID tag is essentially a small computer chip that stores a few kilobytes of data. It doesn’t really do anything on its own because it doesn’t have a power source. But when it’s held up to an RFID reader, it gets just enough power to operate through radio waves.
